  • Which clamp should I choose?

  • Reison offers a wide range of clamps. Several factors influence your choice, such as whether you need angle adjustment, whether the pole is round or flat, or which type of rail the clamp should attach to (EU, UK, or US standard).   • Reison offers different lateral supports depending on surgical procedures and clinical needs. If you are unsure, contact us at info@reison.se or download our technical datasheet here: http://reison.se/download/

  • Can I switch from clamp 10019 (standard) to a radial clamp?

  • The short answer is no. Each article has a unique UDI number and is CE-marked based on that. Changing a significant part voids the CE marking due to batch numbering and traceability requirements. Each batch is registered, and replacing a major component transfers product liability.

  • Can you create a custom-made products?

  • Under MDR regulations, modifications affecting CE marking are not allowed. However, we may develop customized products that are not CE-marked under strict usage regulations. Contact info@reison.se with your request.

Service & Repairs

  • Can I send products in for service?

  • In some cases, yes. Please contact us first for guidance. Send your request to service@reison.se

  • Yes. The required spare part is listed in the exploded view of the product manual.

Delivery & Shipping

  • If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive it?

  • In most cases, we can ship your order the same day or the next day if received before 11:00. Larger volume orders may require more time.

  • What is the standard transport time for an order?

  • Sweden: 1-2 days
    Europe: 3-4 days
    Worldwide: Delivery time depends on the shipping method. Typically, 1 week via air freight and 1 month via sea freight.

  • Can I arrange my own shipping?

  • Which shipping company do you use?

  • We always choose the most cost-effective option, so it is not possible to answer exactly.

  • How much does shipping cost?

Warranty

  • How long is your product warranty?

  • Our standard warranty is 1 year.

  • When does the warranty apply?

  • The warranty covers purchases within one year and applies to manufacturing defects. It does not cover improper handling, misuse, or transport damage, as these are not product defects.
