Below you will find frequently asked questions and answers. If you don’t find an answer to your specific question please contact our customer support whom will assist you.


Reison payment terms are 30 days net unless otherwise have been agreed in writing. We may apply cash in advance for new customers.


Reison use DB Schenker as freight forwarder for its shipments. If you would like to use a different currier, please contact our customer support.

The freight cost depends on volume and weight of your specific order. If you would like to know your freight cost in advance please contact our customer support.

We at Reison have the ambition to deliver your order the day after we receive it unless otherwise have been agreed. Regretfully we are unable to take responsibility for a shipment after it’s been collected by the freight forwarder.

Our freight forwarder normally delivers 3-4 days after pick-up within Europe.

Other questions

We try to stock all essential spare parts in order to be able to deliver it the same day, or the day after the order was received. This to minimize potential down-time in the hospitals.
