What do you do in your role?
I work as an assembler at Reison Medical and assemble all products ready
for delivery. I check what orders to prepare, manufacture according to
orders, check incoming orders and write down missing parts.

What do you think is the best thing about your job?
That I get the freedom to solve problems that comes up during my work.

What are the biggest challenges in your work?
To keep track of the batches and follow the routines of our new system.
